We will not receive or retain any payment details, such as credit card details.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you. You can withdraw or update your personal information and consent at any time.

You are free to withdraw your consent at any time,. You can request that your personal information is erased at any time.

This will not affect our commitment to provide a great service.

Updating of consent

From time to time we may ask to update your personal details or consent.

Disposal

Any records and personal information will be disposed of in a secure manner. Any personal information will be destroyed within 6 years unless consent has been given for it to be retained for longer.

DashCam

DashCam can be used as an aid to training and/or in support of any insurance claim in the event of an incident.

Should we need to use any footage that may identify you, we would seek your consent for its use.
